No. 10 --12 are for longer-than-six-month clients
only:
(10) Do you
agree to pay us upfront service fee of RMB250 when meeting with our staffs to
view optional apartments? This non-refundable upfront service fee is deductible
from the final agent fee.
(11) Do you
agree with the payment of agent fee (commission) which is payable when you decide
to take one of apartments we show you and sign the rental contract with the
owner at the standard of 35-50% of one month contractual rent?
(12) Do you need the Satellite TV Receiver Installation Service?
