The cost of staying at our SUNSHINE service apartment hotels consists of the rent and the service fee. The longer the staying, the lower the average daily cost. The rent is the leasing cost charged by the owner and the hotel at the rate quoted per day according to the apartment size and hotel location. The service fee is the price of housing service charged by HousingChina ®. Averagely, you can save more than half of the normal accommodation cost when staying at our SUNSHINE with comparison to staying at the other hotels.

STANDARD FURNISHED

SUNSHINE Hotel Service Apartments are standard furnished including bed(s) with pillows and quilts, two chairs, one desk, one wardrobe,  cable television, telephone, internet access, shower, etc.

EASY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

All of SUNSHINE service apartments are located in city downtown area, with the convenient access to city public transport. It normally takes about 5-15 minutes of walk to reach the nearest subway stations and public bus-stops.

DIFFERENT APARTMENT TYPES

There are basically five types of apartments, i.e. 1) the small one-bedroom-one-bathroom apartment with one single bed for one person; 2) the big one-bedroom-one-bathroom apartment with a double bed for a couple or two single beds for two persons; 3) the one-living room-one-bedroom-one-bathroom family-style apartment with both a double bed and a single bed; 4) the two-bedroom-one-living room apartments; (5) the three-bedroom-one-living room apartments.

AIRPORT PICKUP & HOME-LIKE SERVICES

You will enjoy the home feeling when staying at our SUNSHINE Service Apartments. Our services for all the tenants/clients to stay at SUNSHINE will include reservation service, airport receiving, rights of enjoying  the preferential rent rate. Our SUNSHINE serves you with the 24-hour housekeeping, hot water, security guard, catering, laundry, ticket booking, cab and taxi reservation, etc. SUNSHINE is indeed the home when you are in China.

FREE UTILITY USAGE

The utility fee like water, electricity, cable TV, etc. is free to our SUNSHINE tenants/clients.

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE BEFORE ARRIVAL

Since the availability of all Sunshine hotel serviced apartments are dynamic, only can those visitors/clients be 100% guaranteed to live into the Sunshine at his/her needed location in the city of visiting on the day of arrival, who pay us in advance the service fee and the rent of first two days through WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM or bank account transfer. The service fee standard of HCIMC-Sunshine  is below. Once we receive the payment, we’ll send a formal HCIMC-SUNSHINE TENANT REGISTER TABLE. Clients need to fill the table with detailed information like arrival time, flight number, rental needs, etc. and return us as soon as possible so that we may arrange airport pickup and start all the preparation work for you.
