Our short term housing Service now covers almost all the cities in China including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Suzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing, Nanchang, Jinan, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, etc.
In Shanghai, we serve short term tenants
of both visitors from abroad or other cities in China and those already in
Shanghai. In other cities, we concentrate our short term service only to those
international travelers from abroad.
In Shanghai, HCIMC serves not

for those international travelers to Shanghai. No matter you are a

SUB-GROUPS OF SHORT TERM TENANTS
Among short term housing needs, there are several different subgroups as below:
If your visit and stay time is less than two months, we arrange you to stay in our SUNSHINE Hotel-like Serviced Apartments throughout of the country. Our SUNSHINE Hotel-like Serviced Apartments are normally located at city’s downtown area close to public transport, normally within 5-15 minutes walk to the nearest subway and metro stations. For clients from outside of the city they visit, we provide airport pickup service. Clients need to pay the service fee and the rent of the first two days in advance through WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM or bank account transfer to HousingChina ® in advance so as to enjoy the most preferential rent rate of USD15—30 per day. The utility fee like water, electricity, cable TV, etc. is free to our clients.
For clients whose leasing term is longer than two months but shorter than six months, our housing service is as same as for those shorter-than-two-month clients. While for those clients visiting Shanghai, the rent of Shanghai HousingEasy (S.H.E.) International Service Apartments can be quoted per month instead of per day so as to save client’s accommodation expense.
